Sales Manager

Cool Lab Team is expanding and looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. If you're passionate about electronics, have a strong background in PCB sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You'll have the opportunity to grow within a highly supportive team, collaborate on innovative solutions, and directly impact client satisfaction and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships by identifying their requirements, discussing solutions, and coordinating with internal departments to provide the best possible service.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present solutions to clients, manage negotiations, and close deals. Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate deliveries.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and research market trends to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including the design, technical coordination, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure smooth processes and outstanding client experience.
- Lead Generation: Manage incoming leads, perform cold calls, and engage with potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Provide accurate reports on client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in CRM and company systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve at least 80% of the sales plan.
- Maintain consistent, successful client meetings (virtual or physical) to understand needs and present solutions.
- Ensure smooth deal closure with effective objection handling.
- Timely tracking and receipt of payments.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in PCB industry sales with a practical understanding of electronics.
- Skills: Strong sales skills, proactive communication, and competency in using CRM and office software. Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Characteristics: Extroverted and results-driven, with a proactive and professional approach.
