Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reportsReconcile, analyze and review general ledger accounts in preparation for month end closeAnalyze and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial positionAssist with or lead the month end quarterly end close process for assigned businesses or groupsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

In this role, you'll need to use all your education and experience as you work with an elite team of accounting and finance professionals who are writing the history of our organization and guiding our success as a global industry leader.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent (B.com or B.com + MBA Finance, or B.com + M.com, or CA, CMA, ICWA, CS)3+ years of professional accounting experienceSolid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statementsAbility to develop and establish financial polices and proceduresGood understanding of General Ledger and chart field attributesAbility to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reportsGood Interpersonal skills and Analytical skillsAbility to communicate effectively both written and verballyWorking knowledge on basic and advanced Excel skills
