About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to lead our team in Record to Report domain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to record to report, ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team in Record to Report domain while ensuring strict deadlines and communication on timely basis.
  • Review team's day-to-day activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests.
  • Collaborate with Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues.
  • Manage multiple partners and support metrics reporting for meaningful processes.
  • As a people manager, you will involve hiring, structured learning path, operations coach for the team.
Qualifications
  • Commerce graduate/MBA with 8+ years of experience in General Ledger.
  • CA Inter degree and relevant work experience in General Ledger is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle team and client discussions.
  • Expertise in accounting concepts and ability to work in fast-paced business environment.
