JobOverview:

Were seeking an experienced individual to drive IIDE s website ssearch performance. You ll be
responsible for all aspectsof SEO including onpage and offpage optimizationtechnical
optimization along with content strategy. Youmust be datadriven skilled at tracking and reporting SEO metricsand have a strong understanding of CRO. If you re an SEO expertwith leadership experience we invite you to apply for this excitingopportunity.


KeyResponsibilities:
  • Performcomprehensive keyword research to pinpoint key terms and phrasesaligned with our business and industry. Evaluate and choosetopperforming keywords for enhancing content and boosting searchenginerankings.
  • Ensureproper implementation of onpage/offpage SEO along with the bestpractices being followed in theindustry.
  • Conducttechnical SEO audits of different sections of the website toidentify and resolve issues affecting siteperformance.
  • Collaboratewith the development team to implement technical SEOrecommendations including site speed improvements mobileoptimization schema markup & many more. Optimize contentfor both users and search engines ensuring it meets quality andrelevancestandards.
  • Identifyopportunities for building highquality backlinks through outreachpartnerships and contentcollaboration.
  • Developand execute linkbuilding strategies to increase the website sauthorityand
    Trustworthiness.
  • Monitoranalyze and report on key SEO metrics using tools like GoogleAnalytics Google Search Console and other SEO software. Followed byproviding regular performance reports and insights to keystakeholders.
  • Staycurrent with industry trends search engine algorithms and bestpractices in SEO & proactively implement new strategies andtechniques to stay ahead of thecompetition.

RequirementsNecessarySkills/Interest:
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
  • Shouldhave interest in new learning &initiatives.
  • Haveexperience with SEO industry tools such as Google Analytics GoogleSearch Console SEMRush Google Adwords Ahrefs Screaming Frog SiteSpeed Insightsetc.
  • Analyticaland Process oriented with DataDrivenApproach
  • Abilityto handle a team of 36people.
  • Familiaritywith content management systems likeWordPress.
  • Shouldbe very comfortable with MS Office & AdvanceExcel.
  • Proactivenessownership and accountability for the SEO campaigns & teammembers is amust.
  • Acritical thinker problemsolver person with organizationalskills.
  • Goodtimemanagement & multitaskingskills.
  • Shouldunderstand the financial ecosystem of the SEO process to drive morebusiness growth and success for theorganization.
Qualifications:
  • Staycurrent with industry trends search engine algorithms and bestpractices inSEO.
  • 3years of SEO IndustryExperience.
  • Shouldhave strong knowledge of search engine algorithms strategies andrankingmethods.
