JobOverview:
TheContent Editor Manager (SEO) will be responsible for leading a teamof content editors and ensuring that all content produced alignswith SEO best practices. This role involves managing the endtoendcontent creation process optimizing content for search engines andimplementing strategies to improve organic searchrankings.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand execute a content strategy aligned with business goals& SEOobjectives.
  • Providestrategic direction for the editorialdepartment.
  • Assessing& creating highquality engaging and SEOfriendlycontent.
  • Collaboratewith writers to optimize existing content. Edit & proofreadcontent to ensure accuracy clarity and adherence to SEOguidelines.
  • Workclosely with the SEO team to incorporate targeted keywords andphrases intocontent.
  • Leadand inspire a team of content editors providing guidance &support.
  • Monitor& Analyze the performance of content using analyticstools.
  • Enforcecontent quality standards and ensure consistency in style tone andvoice.
  • Conductregular audits to identify and address issues in existingcontent.
  • Identifyand explore partnerships with industry experts and mediaorganizations.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in English Communications Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in content editing with a focus onSEO.
  • Strongunderstanding of SEO principles and bestpractices.
  • Excellentcommunication and leadershipskills.
  • Abilityto work in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
  • 4years of SEO IndustryExperience

Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement instudent-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadershipexperience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towardscollective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset,adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challengingsituations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at everystep.
