TeamManagement:
  • Oversee daytodayoperation
  • Supervise and guide a team of Qualitycontrol executives.
  • Assign tasks and setperformance goals to achieve targets.
  • Providecoaching and training to team members for skilldevelopment.
  • Monitor individual and teamperformance and provide regularfeedback.
  • Motivate and inspire the team todeliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensuresmooth operations and adherence to establishedprocesses.
  • Handle escalations and resolveclient&rsquo s complaints orissues.
  • Collaborate with other teams ordepartments to resolve complexproblems.
  • Conduct regular team meetings todiscuss s goals and challenges.
  • Maintainaccurate records of team performance and servicemetrics.
QualityAssurance:Provide feedback and coaching toteam members to improveperformance.
  • Implement qualityimprovement initiatives to enhance customersatisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits toidentify areas for improvement and addresstraining
  • needs.

PerformanceManagement:
  • Set performance targetsand track individual and teamperformance.
  • Analyze performance data andidentify trends or areas ofimprovement.
  • Develop action plans to addressperformance gaps and drive results.
  • Recognizeand reward highperforming team members.
  • Prepareperformance reports and present them to the managementteam.
Communication andCollaboration:
  • Foster a positiveand collaborative work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members andstakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other teams toensure seamless operations.
  • Act as a liaisonbetween the team and upper management.
  • Provideregular s on team performance and operationalissues.
Education/ExperienceQualificationsand Skills:
  • 2 to 3 years ofexperience working as a Quality control manager OR asan
  • Assistant manager in databaseindustry.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality controlprinciples and practices.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • Ability tomotivate and inspire a team to achievegoals.
  • Proficiency in using Quality controlsoftware and tools.
  • Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts andhandle a fastpaced environment.
  • Good PC skillsespecially MS Excel
  • Timemanagementskills
