As the Lead- Product Strategy you will be part of the Sales Team and will report to the Head- Product Strategy
The purpose of your role will be to formulate strategy and achieve volume and market share plans of the segment(products) - Entry/Deluxe/

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. To strategize and achieve ABP of volume and market share for the segment
2. To achieve targets of key products in key states
3. Strategize and executive GTM plan for new product, new SKU
4. Plan and achieve targeted numbers for Key Events/Seasons
5. Collaborate with GPP for timely launch of new products, mid life refresh, plan for additional SKU, features, accessories

Academic Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech from Top Institutes / MBA from top B- Schools

-7-10 yrs in Channel Sales, Sales Planning, Sales Strategy

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Pricing Strategy,
-Planning & Forecasting,
- Data Analytics,
- 2W business understanding
