Ensure all debts in credit report areconsidered for calculating DTI and is compliant withclient
ReverseMortgage & FHAguidelinesv
Ensure Financial Assessment requirementsare met as perClientReverse Mortgage &FHA
guidelines
Evaluate and review appraisal reports andcollateral issues related to real estate in orderto
determinewhether it may properlysupports theapproval of a loan application.
Work on third party verification fromordering stageuptil completion.Ensure validation ofre
verificationwith original documents and highlight any discrepancies / redflag
Work withrelevant partiesto acquire required documentsin order toverify the income and
employmentdetails of the applicant review the applicants credit profileanalyse financial
statementsand consider other information in order to act on loan and creditrequests.
Ensure all discrepancies in theapplication fileswere addressed and properly documented in
writing
Cure red flags if any that makes iteligible for sale in secondary market /investors

Education& Experience:Education &Experience:
Any Bachelor s orMaster s degree (Anydiscipline)
Must have a minimum of3 year ofunderwriting audit experience in US ResidentialMortgage
(FHAunderwriting experience is mandatory)
Prior exposure to Reverse Mortgage will bean addedadvantage
Postclose underwritingexperience would add to selectionpossibility
Ability to effectively communicate tolines of business and seniormanagement
Effective oral and written communicationskills
Fast paced with attention todetail
Hands on experience in Outlook and MSOffice Tools

Should be flexible tonightshift

WorkLocation:
Should be flexible to work out of officefull time from Mumbai

Ensure all discrepanciesin the application files were addressed and properly documented inwriting Cure red flags, if any, that makes it eligible for sale insecondary market / investors
