TheSystem Engineer is a seasoned professional who understandschallenges faced by organization in implementing securitytechnologies in hybrid environments. You will be engaged infirsthand customer interactions to resolve customer issues. If youhave technical depth and desire to work in dynamic and high growthenvironment this role is foryou.

Providewellthought out and reliable direction both in technical andnontechnical terms to help customers integrate deploy and maintainthe Sectonaproducts.

Takeendtoend ownership of customer issues including initialtroubleshooting identification of root cause and issueresolution.

Meetor exceed customer expectations on response quality timeliness ofresponses and overall customerexperience.

Serveas internal and external point of contact on customer issues andensure they are resolved as expediently aspossible.

Beprompt and deliver high quality service and leadership to alignwith customer goals andrequests.

Manageproject scope schedule status anddocumentation.

Collectinformation and document bugs with Engineering for product issuesthat are impactingcustomers.

Providefeedback to the training and documentation organization so thatcommon or emerging issues can be addressed before they becomeserious orwidespread.

Createprocess or troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledgebase.

Managemultiple concurrent deploymentprojects.

Requirements

Skillsand Experience yourequire.

  • BE/ B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS) / B.Sc(CS)
  • 3years of System Engineering/ Professional Services managementrole.
  • Expertisein core Microsoft product stack including Windows Server WindowsWorkstation Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policies andIIS.
  • Experiencewith VMWare virtual environments AWS Cloud Services or MicrosoftAzure Platforms ispreferred.
  • Advancedtroubleshooting & technical escalationmanagement.
  • ImplementOperate and provide L2 Support for PAMsolutions.
  • Demonstratean understanding of risk management security policies and controlsuser account lifecycle management and rolebasedaccess.
  • Abilityto learn new technologiesquickly.
  • Excellentrelationship management customer service and communication skillsin variety of forms (written live chat conference callsinperson.)
  • Abilityto work independently with little direct supervision and as a partof ateam.
  • Abilityto remain calm composed and articulate when dealing with toughcustomersituations.
  • Securitycertification is aplus.
