Accepting DirectionAccepting ResponsibilityAcquiring Information Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job Overall responsibility for HSE&S activities for multi-BU Site in Bangalore

2. Responsibilities

Lead, develop and manage the HSE function at Bangalore Site. Create a positive and developing climate, with respect to HSE. Manage and develop the personnel and working processes within the site w.r.t. HSE. Ensure that site complies with all legal requirements. Ensure that site meets AN HSE Standards and Directives. Establish plans and site objectives according to the objectives, frames, and prioritizations of the business. Fulfil objectives with respect to improved HSE performance targets. Ensure completion of all relevant statutory documentation related to HSE in line with local laws. Ensure Site HSE&S Policy is well implemented in the site Ensure Life Saving Rule (LSR) and its protocol is followed across Site. Continuously improve the site Safety Culture and accessing through safety culture assessment tool. Developing site HSE&S Site Improvement Plan and driving the implementation. Leading the SAQ Audit (Corporate Audit) for the site Leading all company’s sustainability agenda Establish, apply, and develop an efficient HSE Management Model for Site. Manage the HSE budget for the department/site. Lead, coordinate and execute HSE element of the projects chosen by the site. Hazard study leader Carryout the Hazard study of site Develop as one of the PSM expert pool member and Site PSM champion. Contribute to BBS program at site. Ensure the implementation of MOC/RA/Hazard study/AIG/PSM Ensure time to time audits and rectification of HSE related concerns. Support the PSSR policy at site

3. Job Requirements

Engineering Graduate with additional qualification of Industrial Safety / Environmental Science course 10+years’ experience in Manufacturing Safety setup. Good knowledge of local laws & regulations & rapport with statutory bodies.
