Job Description
Position Title : Marketing Associate 
CTC: 4.5 LPA
Experience : 1-3 yr 
Location : Banaglore 
Working mode : On-site
Skills :  Candidate must have the knowledge of Digital & social media Posts, Email & Traditional Advertising, Cold Calling, Blog Posts, Newsletters & website content, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp. Search Engine Optimization, SEM & SEO, and Email marketing, Google Ads. Internship in marketing & advertising preferred.  

Qulaification : Any 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels,               including  digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various                 marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and website     content.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for         growth and optimization.
• Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional        activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using        analytics tools and prepare regular reports to track key metrics and KPIs.
• Assist in the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling,
  community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing projects and          campaigns within established timelines and budgets.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings,
  managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials and resources.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in        marketing to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.
• Assist in other marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Marketing   Manager or senior team members.
         
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internship in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different channels and audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
