MLH - Premium :: Platform Lead

A purpose driven role for you

As Platform Lead, you will be responsible for planning and controlling of all product and process development relating issues of his vehicle projects (including product planning, R&D production, purchase and sales &
marketing) from initial phase up to SOP – either internal or external projects.
Responsible for achieving all project targets concerning product, quality, cost, investments, budget and SOP timelines on his respective models within all relating project teams and functions.

A Day in the life

Key Responsibilities:
 He is responsible for planning platform for min investment and max scalability of product.
 He is responsible to achieve all in the target agreement defined project targets (product, business case, and timing).
 He is leading a project team from all necessary functions (product planning, R&D, production, purchase, finance etc.)
 He will manage his project teams and reconciles their manning directly with all functions.
 He is responsible to set up a target agreement for his projects

Academic Qualification & Experience

 Bachelor in Engineering,
 Product Development and Project Management

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Understanding of Engineering Services in the domain of Value Engineering, CAE, PDM, QFD.
- Engineering processes, contemporary systems ,standards, and procedures
- Understanding of a complete motorcycle
- Knowledge of Complete value chain- platform for a vehicle built
- Knowledge of Motor vehicle rules , regulations, latest trends, supplier market
- Knowledge of competition eco system.
- Good understanding of Business Case
- Must have worked on multiple product on same platform.
- 10 years experience in Vehicle Integration / Chassis Background or Equivalent.
