RoleOverviewWe areseeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join ourteam as the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have atleast 4 years of experience in growth and marketing with a proventrack record of driving successful marketing strategies andachieving business growth. As the Head of Marketing you will be atthe forefront of our growth trajectory steering our marketingefforts across three distinct B2B SaaS products. Your role ispivotal in shaping our marketing strategy across various industriesand product lines ensuring we generate highquality leads to meetour ambitious sales targets. You will lead a compact yet effectiveteam of growth marketers and contentspecialists.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns withour aggressive growth plans and helps increase brandawareness. Drive an effective andcostefficient lead generation engine to supportgrowth Lead and manage a team of marketingprofessionals providing guidance and support to ensure thesuccessful implementation of marketingcampaigns. Conduct market research andanalysis to identify new opportunities.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implementintegrated marketing campaigns across various channels includingdigital social media and traditionalmarketing. Monitor and analyze marketingperformance metrics making datadriven decisions to optimizecampaigns and drive results. Manage themarketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximizeROI. Build and maintain strong relationshipswith key stakeholders including internal teams external agenciesand partners. Stay uptodate with industrydevelopments and emerging marketing trends sharing knowledge andbest practices with theteam
Qualifications4 years of experience in the field of digital and growth marketingfor B2B SaaS/Software company Experience inmarketing to small and midsize companies / USbased companies is aplus. Professional; degree in MarketingBusiness Administration or a related field.Proven track record of developing and implementing successfulmarketing strategies that have resulted in businessgrowth. Strong leadership and managementskills with the ability to inspire and motivate ateam. Excellent analytical andproblemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach todecisionmaking. Exceptional communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationshipsand collaborate effectively with internal and externalstakeholders. Proficient in using marketingtools and platforms including CRM systems analytics software andsocial media managementtools.
