About the job

We are looking for a highly capable application specialist to support, manage and monitor our cloud based software applications. Candidate should ensure to be proactive and responsive to application Incidents. You will support business users by troubleshooting issues, changing configuration, monitoring performance and explaining new features for Solavs.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 and L3 level support for production management services including end-user support, systems monitoring, incident and problem management. Performance Optimization. Monitor system performance metrics and conduct performance tuning to optimize resource utilization and improve application performance. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement strategies to reduce cloud spending without sacrificing performance or reliability. Monitoring and Alerting. Configure monitoring and alerting systems to track the health, performance, and availability of Azure services and applications. Implement proactive monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana or similar tools to detect and mitigate issues before they impact users. Lead incident response efforts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical incidents in a timely manner. Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions. Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications. Troubleshoot technical issues in both the Linux environment, Windows servers and SQL Server databases. Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures. Flexible to work in different shifts including night shift based on business needs. This track will be in 24X7 shift model Therefore candidates should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends.

  Required skills and qualifications

Candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and ReactJS for application development and maintenance. Strong skills in T-SQL, SQL Server architecture, database monitoring. Good to have MongoDB exposure. knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes etc.) and should be comfortable with cloud technologies. Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and visualizing time series data using Grafana. Candidate should have working experience of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
