Inviting applications for of Senior Associate - Zscaler/Proxy Technology
In this role you will be responsible for Managing Enterprise Wide Internet services running on proxy solutions mainly Zscaler 
Your prime area of focus will be to handle Incidents, tickets & troubleshoot the issues by coordinating with other teams.

You will be expected to have expertise on leading proxy solutions like Zscaler, and other related NW services like Firewalls, Routers, GRE tunnels, VPN, DNS services, web filtering and url policy management. Working/conceptual knowledge on other integrated technologies like Okta/Active directory, O365 services would be an additional advantage.
Responsibilities
• Implement PAC & Proxy changes by raising through ServiceNow tool 
• Ability to provide Tier 2 support and manage tickets & incidents in production environment.
• Needs to engage other teams by analyzing the issue and resolve. 
• Would like to understand the business requirements and work on the tickets to allow the same
• Handle standard change request, according to our change control and risk review process.
 
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
• Candidate with rich experience in Installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Proxy technology for Business environments
• Experience in Installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Proxies
• Should have good understanding with extensive hands-on experience on various Proxy Layer7 technologies for e.g Zscaler
• Ability to provide Tier 2 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in production environment

Preferred qualifications
Certification in firewall/Proxy/Networking
