Business Development Executive

We’re looking for people with proven experience with quantifiable results in Business Development. Your core focus should be business development through digital medium. One must be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. And should have at least 1 year of experience with service based IT company.
Requirements
· Constantly generate new leads using various channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach
· Knowledge of tools required for sending emails through automation
· Knowledge of using CRMs such as Pipedrive, Zoho, etc
· Converting assigned/generated leads into sales
· Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with help of Pre-sales
· Active participation in campaigns design and execution
· Achieving Sales Targets of the company for various segments/geography assigned
Additional Roles:
· Complying company’s processes and documentation standards for sales
· Being a brand ambassador of the company
