Key Responsibilies : Youwill be working on ensuring scale of applied AI products acrossbroking wealth management NBFC AMC and other businesses within thegroup. It will entail stress tesng AI products on scale idenfy waysto ensure simplied and intuive customer journey. We are looking forsound understanding of AI/ ML techniques experse in stascalmodelling strong UI/ UX ability to simplify complexity and navigatethrough large/ unstructured data.

Buildingcustomer centric products with human centered design principles forretail micro small and medium enterprise (MSME) customer segmentsBuild innovave products and proposions backed with problem solvingmindset to discover and solve latent needs of customers/businessesBuild Embedded Finance soluons/applicaons Drive digital businessQualicaons & skill requirements: Masters or Undergrad inComputer Science/Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineeringwith 710 years of experience with minimum of 34 years in building& implementaon of AI/ML soluons Knowledge of dierent Al(cognive & GenAI) and Deep Learning techniques likeregression classicaon clustering CNN treebased algorithms NLP etc.Exposure to AI/ML research projects for solving business/digitalproduct problems Strong communicaon and stakeholder managementskills Experience in building bots implemenng GenAI and ComputerVision use cases

About the team : You will be part of AI Centreof Excellence within the MOFSL group You will work in a fast pacedenvironment where new ideas & colearning is encouraged. Itwould be like working in a startup environment withing a largeenterprise.

This will involve liaising withteams e.g. data engineers data sciensts ML engineers productmanagers and senior business stakeholders.

Theunit's objecves are three fold :

a)Drive beer customer experience and engagement

b)transform exisng lines of businesses and product segments

c) build digital only business models.
