We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

Work Location: Pune

In this role, you will:

The role is a central Business Manager/PMO function for the Prodution Engineering (PE) & Infrastructure Engineering (IE) team part of Wholesale IT GPS. The team consists of over 250 staff located cross the Globe (China, HK, India, Poland, UK, US, and Mexico). You will be working closely with the Global Head of PE & IE and his leadership team.

Finance Management:

Monitoring actual costs vs forecast and restricting any unplanned costs Managing people forecast enuring proper allocations Preparing financial analysis and reports for senior management for key financial decisions Overseeing BP and Clarity for RTB budget Leading the resource headwinds process Acting as an SME on financial and recruitment activities 

Worforce Management

Working with the Leadership Team, HR and the Central COO team making sure that recruitment activities are completed at pace  Tracking the org model for both PE & IE Supporting engagement with external vendors Communication activities like townhalls, newsletter, skip level meetings Requirements

Fluency in English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Excellent data analytical skills to be able to produce various reports for multiple stakeholders Familiarity with global payment systems, processes, and technologies would be beneficial Experience in Payments or an IT environment is an advantage
