Position Overview: As an RCM Advisor at CEC, you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in dental revenue cycle management. You will work closely with our experienced team members to provide essential support to dental practices nationwide, focusing on tasks such as dental insurance verification, payment posting, and accounts receivable management.

This role is perfect for individuals with minimal healthcare background who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute dental insurance verification processes to ensure accurate coverage and eligibility of benefits for patients
• Assist with the timely and accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and refunds to patient accounts
• Support accounts receivable (AR) management by monitoring and resolving outstanding balances for dental practice clients
• Collaborate with team members to review and analyze unpaid claims, denials, and appeals, contributing to revenue optimization efforts
• Provide administrative support to dental practice clients, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with insurance carriers
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in dental revenue cycle management

Qualifications:

• Healthcare revenue cycle management experience is a big plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education required, additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team
