Job Overview:

As a Property Acquisition Executive at ZO Space, you will lead the efforts to expand our property portfolio by identifying, negotiating terms with, and onboarding properties onto our commercial real estate platform. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents to grow our portfolio and drive business growth. If you

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field-based onboarding directly at properties to understand their inventory, terms,

and requirements.

Identify and research potential properties suitable for acquisition to expand our commercial

real estate platform.

Reach out to property owners, developers, and real estate agents to establish relationships.

Negotiate terms and agreements with property owners, including lease terms, pricing, and

commission structures.

Coordinate with internal teams, including legal and operations, to ensure smooth.

Ensure all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely

Maintain accurate records of property onboarding activities, including documentation and

transaction details.

Provide ongoing support to property owners throughout the onboarding process, addressing

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote newly onboarded properties and

attract tenants or buyers.

Track and report on progress towards property acquisition goals, including the number of

properties onboarded and revenue generated.

Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for

property acquisition and partnership expansion.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or related field

preferred.

2-3 years of experience in real estate, property management, business development, or

related roles.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with

property owners and real estate professionals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
