Overview:The BusinessDevelopment Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth ofthe organization by identifying new business opportunities buildingand maintaining relationships with potential clients and fosteringa positive image of the company. This position is integral to thecompanys expansion and revenue generation.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement strategic plans to expand customer base and enter newmarkets.
  • Identify and pursue new businessopportunities through networking cold calling and leadgeneration.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients and partners to ensure longterm businessgrowth.
  • Conduct market research to identifyindustry trends and customer needs.
  • Negotiateand close deals with potential clients to achieve salestargets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop promotional strategies andcampaigns.
  • Provide leadership and direction tothe sales team to achieve targets andobjectives.
  • Monitor and analyze salesperformance and adjust strategies asneeded.
  • Prepare and present reports on businessdevelopment and sales activities to seniormanagement.
  • Stay updated with industry newstrends and best practices.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inbusiness administration marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in businessdevelopment sales or a relatedfield.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying andcultivating new business opportunities.
  • Strongnegotiation and sales skills with a proven track record ofachieving targets.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities to build and maintainrelationships.
  • Strategic thinker with theability to analyze market trends and customerbehavior.
  • Experience in developing andimplementing business developmentstrategies.
  • Leadership qualities with theability to motivate and guide a salesteam.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and othersales management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in afastpaced targetdrivenenvironment.
