Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the fertility market. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with referring physicians, healthcare organizations, insurance providers, and prospective patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IVF industry and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive patient referrals and revenue growth.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with referring physicians, OB/GYNs, reproductive endocrinologists, and other healthcare professionals to increase patient referrals.

- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials, educational resources, and outreach programs to raise awareness of our services within the medical community and among prospective patients.

- Establish and maintain partnerships with insurance providers to facilitate coverage for fertility treatments and services.

- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and medical seminars to represent the IVF center and build professional relationships.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Track and report on key performance indicators, including referral volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey, serving as a trusted resource and advocate.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or medical industry, with specific experience in fertility or reproductive medicine highly desirable.

- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of fertility treatment options, medical terminology, and industry regulations.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
