8+ years of Analytics experience 4+ years of experience in Managing Web Analytics projects (either Adobe or competitors like Google Analytics, IBM CoreMetrics, Webtrends etc ) Should have good exposure to Web/Mobile Technologies and should know the website/Mobile architecture concepts Proven experience in enterprise application within a J2EE environment including Java Server Pages, and related technologies Strong skills in SQL and database design, XML and Javascript Proficiency in HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, SOAP, ExtJS etc Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud suite (AEM, Campaign, Social etc) will be a plus Any experience in working with business intelligence systems, content platforms, Campaign Management platforms, digital optimization strategy, and/or web analytic platforms would be an added advantage. Significant experience presenting in front of groups and to high-level executives Proven track record of building solid relationships with customers at all levels Excellent understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success Should possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in business with equivalent technical work experience Deep vertical industry experience (, retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc.) Willingness to travel (50% or more)
