It is currently present in 5 states - Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka.

About role:

As a Senior Program Lead, you will own mini-projects within the overall program. the individual will be responsible for the leadership journey of 2-3 members of the program team by playing a role of manager and coach for them during their leadership development journey. He/She will work closely with the team and the education department to drive the education intervention. On joining as a Senior Program Lead, you would develop the required experience to take up a Program Manager role within 6-12 months.

Roles and Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management:

  1. Navigate through various government departments and foster effective stakeholder relationships.
  2. Comfortably interact with government officials, particularly at the senior IAS level.
  3. Manage relationships with funders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Operational Oversight:

  1. Conduct meetings with concerned department officials.
  2. Evaluate current programs and provide insightful feedback.
  3. Liaise with the government for seamless collaboration.
  4. Organize workshops and review meetings with both internal and external teams.
  5. Comfort with frequent travel, especially within the northern belt of U.P./Bihar/Punjab/Delhi..

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
  2. Ideal mix of experience in the development sector and education.
  3. Proficiency in Hindi.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work with government stakeholders.
  5. Adept at funder management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.

Compensation range: 9-12 LPA
