Location:Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh(Hybrid)

Job Summary:The Program Design, Manager dons the hats of a researcher, learning designer and a master trainer In Program design team, you will constantly improve the curriculum designed for basic awareness around health and safety (Swasthya, Suraksha, Khabar). You will coach Manjhi fellows on how to master the concepts in this curriculum, and deliver them effectively to young girls on field. In addition to this, you will get to lead research and development for exciting new projects like engaging men and boys to build gender-equal future, and creating opportunities for women to gain financial independence.

What will you do:Lead the capacity building of Manjhi Fellows on the issues of health, and safety – leveraging the first draft of Swasthya Suraksha Khabar.Plan and deliver Master Training sessions with Manjhi Fellows, supporting them in effectively delivering the curriculum.Design visually appealing collaterals, including handouts, presentations, and training materials, using tools like Canva or similar software.Lead research and development on new projects envisioned at Manjhi, esp. engaging men and boys for a gender-equal future and creating opportunities for women to gain financial independence.Collaborate with program staff and other stakeholders to ensure curriculum alignment with program objectives and desired outcomes.Maintain accurate and organised documentation of curriculum development, revisions, and evaluation processes.Support the organisation's efforts in keeping a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

Skills and Experience you will need:Passion for designing and delivering programs for young girls and women on safety, health and financial inclusion issues.Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related roles.Excellent documentation skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to create clear and concise materials.Proficiency in using design tools like Canva or similar software to create visually appealing collaterals.Ability to conduct needs assessments and use data to inform curriculum design and revisions.Access to a laptop or computer for on-site and remote work.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work and in-person collaboration.
