Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and resultsdrivenSales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for generating revenue by prospecting and securing newbusiness opportunities as well as nurturing relationships withexisting clients. As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial rolein driving sales growth and achieving targets while upholding thestandards of quality and service that define the Fairmontexperience.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Identifyand pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospectingand lead generation activities.
- Build andmaintain strong relationships with corporate clients travelagencies event planners and other stakeholders in the hospitalityindustry.
- Conduct regular sales calls meetingsand presentations to promote our propertys facilities andservices.
- Collaborate with the sales team andother departments to develop customized proposals and packagestailored to meet the needs ofclients.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and termswith clients to maximize revenue andprofitability.
- Keep abreast of market trendscompetitor activities and industry developments to identifyopportunities for business growth.
- Prepare andmaintain accurate sales reports forecasts and pipelines to trackperformance against targets.
- Represent theFairmont brand with professionalism and integrity at industryevents trade shows and networkingfunctions.
- Uphold the highest standards ofcustomer service and satisfaction to ensure a memorable experiencefor our guests.
- Support the sales managers anddirectors as needed with following up on leads preparing salesreports draftingproposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or relatedfield.
- Strong communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentationand persuasion abilities.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications and CRM software.
- Knowledge of thelocal market and industrytrends.
