Meet set Sales Targets:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to fine-tune the sales approach.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of our services.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

The position expects collaboration and participation in industry events to enhance the company's visibility and key values, & beliefs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or Masters in degree in Electrical, with MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 4+ years in sales, preferably in engineering services or a related industry. Strong understanding of electrical engineering and consulting services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Years of Experience: 4 to 6 years

Education

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical

PG: M.Tech in Electrical, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
