JobDescription
Seeking a Supply Chain Sr. Project Managerthat can be responsible for planning leading and executing complexcrossfunctional projects supply chain transformation initiativeswithin the Intuitive Business Applications.
Knowledge ofSAP S4 and industry experience in manufacturing & supply chainindustries will be beneficial.
Project Roles andResponsibilities
Projects will span across a broadrange from ideation evaluation to implementation of new softwaresystems scale up for product launches system upgrades &facility expansions.
Develop coordinate and maintainintegrated business areas (Engineering product warehousing datawarehouse validation) program/project timelines and governance forall assigned programs/projects.
Drive projectmanagement best practices for execution and standardized at aglobal level and uniformly applied at a regional level for thephysical distribution of products encompassing warehousing andlocal distribution.
Over 7 to 10 years of experienceworking across business and IT with strong project deliveryexperience in key SAP Lead roles as Project or Delivery Manager orCOE Technical Lead that involves multimodule implementation of SAPERP solutions with ECC6.0 or S/4 HANA will be key differentiators.
Must have worked with SAP S/4 HANA projects and phasedglobal implementations at multinational industries and ledtechnical project teams in an Agile manner for rollouts.
Showcase at least 2 successful end to endimplementations of SAP ECC6.0 and S/4 HANA projects in midsizeindustries and 1 implementation in a large size manufacturingindustry will be a distinguishing factor for the ideal candidate.
Experienced in managing partnership with thirdpartysystem integrators SAP Services and other service providers in aproject implementation.
Project Management Roles &Responsibilities:
Gain crossfunctional alignment onstrategies goals resources and timelines. Crossfunctional teamsinclude Finance Manufacturing & Operations InfrastructureProduct Quality Regulatory & Compliance Field Service and otherBusiness Units.
Partner with business PM to organizeand lead core team and executive steering committee meetings incl.status reports to the project sponsor and steering committee.
Drive resolution of constraints conflicts and otherchallenges that could impact timely and successful execution ofprojects.
Provide clear communication to theorganization on project status critical path as well as potentialareas of risk. Create & manage project plan and assign tasks toteam members.
Manage (including ensuring the qualityof) project deliverables in line with the project plan:
Kick Off Presentation
Detailed Project Schedule in MSProject/Smartsheet
Project Budget vs. Actuals
Business Blueprint
Test Plan
Training Plan
Organization Change Management engagementstakeholder analysis communication plans training material and enduser training solution adoption.
Record manage projectissues and escalate when necessary ensuring resolution on a timelybasis.
Ensure compliance to internal business andquality system requirements and to external regulatory standards.
Skills Experience Education & Training:
MS Office and JIRA
Strong communication andpresentation skills
Proven ability to lead influenceand work well at all levels of an organization and in a crossfunctional team environment
Ability to handle ambiguityeffectively and oversee multiple projects at once
Minimum 8 years of experience involved in leading majorcrossfunctional projects in Manufacturing Operations
Medical device experience is a plus
Experience withsupervising people desired
Certification in projectmanagement (PMP) pr Scrum Master (CSM) desired
BS orequivalent work experience
