We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Work Force Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Excel Macro and Power BI Expert to join our WFM (Work force management) team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Excel macros and advanced knowledge of Power BI, enabling them to develop and maintain complex automated solutions and create visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Excel macros to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and improve efficiency. Design and create visually appealing and interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI. Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for Excel macros and Power BI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data used in reports and dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Excel macros and Power BI solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices related to Excel macros and Power BI. Train and support end-users in effectively utilizing Excel macros and Power BI tools. Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for Excel macros and Power BI solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as an Excel Macro and Power BI Expert, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and achievements. Advanced knowledge and expertise in Excel macros, VBA programming, and Excel automation. Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, creating visualizations, and managing datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with SQL and other data manipulation languages is a plus. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is preferred.

Minimum Qualification:

The Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.
