8) Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.

18) Giving training to the installation teams on weekly basis and submitting the report on monthly basis.
19) Site Visits and Inspections for the rectification and find root cause of the problem.
20) Involving in the installation activities in person and incorporating the physical appearance in the process in order to rectify the concerned addressed by the reporting managers.
21) Adhering to the KRA & KPI and acting on time to time basis upgrades and tasks as assigned by the reporting managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Dispatch: Coordinate service engineer schedules, assign tasks, and dispatch engineers to customer sites.
- Work Order Management: Manage work orders, ensure accurate documentation, and track progress.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and providing updates.
- Engineer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to service engineers as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor and ensure quality standards are met, addressing any issues or defects.
- Inventory Management: Manage spare parts and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor service engineers, conducting performance evaluations and training.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- Warranty Management: Manage warranty claims, processing and tracking warranty-related repairs and maintenance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
