The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

3M Corporate Audit is seeking an Audit Analytics Developer to assist with the development of applied analytics for SOX & Audit risk identification and controls testing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing data analytics using SQL and Python and a general understanding of business and finance processes. As an Audit Analytics Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Working cross-functionally and across geographies to help support the global audit organization with high-quality data Identifying opportunities and prioritizing projects for analytics-driven SOX & Audit sampling Helping to advance the organization’s key objective of continuous controls monitoring Using critical thinking and project management skills to collect, organize and distribute data Leveraging visualization in Power BI to expand suite of KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) Training and mentoring audit teams on the use of data analysis and tools
