We are seeking a versatile and skilled MERN Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience and additional expertise in Dart or Flutter to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing full-stack web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS) stack and have hands-on experience in mobile or web application development using Dart or Flutter.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS).

- Design and implement user interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.

- Build and maintain backend services using NodeJS and ExpressJS, including RESTful API development.

- Manage and maintain databases using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.

- Develop mobile or web applications using Dart or Flutter, contributing to cross-platform projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack, ensuring timely resolution of bugs.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team coding practices.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance your skills.

Mandatory Skill Sets :

- ReactJS : Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS for building user interfaces.

- NodeJS : Proficient in server-side development with NodeJS.

- ExpressJS : Expertise in building robust backend services.

- MongoDB : Experience with NoSQL database management, including data modeling and performance optimization.

- Dart/Flutter : Hands-on experience in mobile or web application development.

- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for front-end development.

- Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.

- Knowledge of development best practices, including code review, unit testing, and continuous integration.

Qualifications :

- 2-3 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in a similar role.

- Proven experience in Dart or Flutter development.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
