Responsibilities:


Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Variant Configuration solutions in MM, SD, and PP modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective SAP Variant Configuration setups.
Ensure the integrity and quality of variant configuration data across the organization.
Develop and enforce variant configuration policies, standards, and procedures.
Conduct data analysis and validation to support business operations and compliance requirements.
Provide expertise in data migration, data integration, and data quality management related to variant configuration.
Train and support end-users on SAP Variant Configuration functionalities and best practices.
Monitor and optimize SAP Variant Configuration performance to ensure efficient product management.
Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of SAP Variant Configuration with other enterprise systems.
Stay updated on the latest SAP Variant Configuration trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in SAP Variant Configuration implementation and support, with a strong focus on MM, SD, and PP modules.
In-depth knowledge of variant configuration processes and their integration with other SAP modules.
Strong understanding of materials management, sales and distribution, and production planning processes.
Proficiency in data governance, data quality management, and data migration methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
SAP certification in Variant Configuration and/or MM, SD, PP is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its variant configuration capabilities.
Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO) and their integration with MM, SD, and PP.
