OverviewTherole of a Workday Integration Specialist is crucial to ourorganization as it involves integrating Workday with various othersystems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.The Specialist will play a key role in maintaining developing andoptimizing Workday integrations to meet the businessneeds.KeyResponsibilities
  • Design and developWorkday integrations including EIB and CoreConnectors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand integration requirements and deliver scalablesolutions.
  • Implement and maintain inbound andoutbound integrations using Workday Studio and relevanttechnologies.
  • Create and update technicaldocumentation for the integration processes andarchitecture.
  • Participate in integrationtesting troubleshooting and issueresolution.
  • Monitor integration processes toensure data accuracy and systemperformance.
  • Work closely with the HRIS team tosupport Workday system upgrades andenhancements.
  • Configure and optimize APIs webservices and ETL processes for seamless dataexchange.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure data integrity and security standards aremet.
  • Provide technical expertise and supportfor Workday integration projects.
  • Stay updatedwith Workday integration updates and bestpractices.
  • Participate in the evaluation andselection of integration tools andtechnologies.
  • Conduct training sessions forendusers on Workday integrationcapabilities.
  • Contribute to continuousimprovement initiatives for Workday integrationprocesses.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relevantfield.
  • Workday Integration Certification ishighly preferred.
  • Proven experience indesigning and implementing Workdayintegrations.
  • Strong understanding of WorkdayEIB Core Connectors and relatedtechnologies.
  • Proficiency in developing andmaintaining integrations using Workday Studio and relatedtools.
  • Experience with SOAP/REST APIs XML ETLand integration middleware.
  • Solid understandingof HRIS processes data structures and securityprotocols.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolveintegration issues effectively.
  • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Capability to work effectively in acollaborative teamorientedenvironment.
  • Knowledge of SQL and databasemanagement is a plus.
  • Experience with WorkdayHCM modules is advantageous.
  • Ability toprioritize and manage multiple integration projectssimultaneously.
  • Adaptability to evolvingtechnology and businessrequirements.
