We arelooking for a resultsdriven Senior Estimation Engineer to lead thecost estimation process for our engineering projects in SaudiArabia. The ideal candidate will excel in preparing detailed costestimates analyzing project specifications and coordinating withengineering and procurement teams to ensure the accuracy of bids.This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills toprovide insightful support for project planning andexecution.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Preparecomprehensive and accurate cost estimates by analyzing projectdrawings specifications and otherdocumentation.
  • Createcompetitive bid proposals outlining project costs timelines anddeliverables for clientsubmission.
  • Analyzemarket trends for labor material and equipment costs to ensureestimates align with currentconditions.
  • Workclosely with engineering procurement and project management teamsto align estimation with technicalrequirements.
  • Identifypotential risks in project costs and timelines developingmitigation strategies to minimize financialimpact.
  • Suggestcosteffective alternatives or value engineering measures to improveprojectprofitability.
  • Compiledetailed cost reports comparing estimated vs. actual costs tohighlight deviations and recommend correctiveactions.
  • Reviewsupplier and subcontractor quotes for accuracy providingnegotiation support whererequired.



Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or arelateddiscipline.
  • Minimumof 4 years of experience in estimation preferably withinengineering orconstruction.
  • Certificationsin cost estimation or project management are aplus.
  • Thorough understanding of engineering concepts constructionmethodologies and materialspecifications.
  • Strong problemsolving skills to create accurate and competitiveestimates.
  • Clear verbal and written communication for liaising with clientsand internalstakeholders.
  • Efficient multitasking to handle multiple projects and prioritizetasks withindeadlines.
  • Abilityto lead estimation teams and mentor juniorengineers.



Technical Expertise: Thorough understanding of engineeringconcepts, construction methodologies, and material specifications.Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to createaccurate and competitive estimates. Communication Skills: Clearverbal and written communication for liaising with clients andinternal stakeholders.
