Location: Pune India

Job Type: Fulltime

Introduction:

As an Excel Automation Specialist you will be integralto our finance and data management teams providing advanced Excelsolutions developing automation tools and supporting our businessintelligence efforts. This role is crucial for enhancing our dataprocessing capabilities and improving overall operationalefficiency.

KeyResponsibilities:

Excel Expertise: Develop complex financial models and automatedreports using advanced Excel features. Create and maintaindashboards that provide insightful analysis and support businessdecisions.

Automation: Utilize VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to automaterepetitive tasks and processes within Excel enhancing productivityand reducing errors.

Accounting Support: Apply basic accounting principles to ensurethat financial data management aligns with company policies andcompliance requirements.

Power BI Development: Design and deploy interactivereports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize key financialand operational data.

Coding and Tool Development: Write and maintain scriptsin Python or other relevant programming languages to support dataanalysis and automation tasks. Develop custom tools andapplications to streamline workflows.

Collaboration and Support: Work closelywith various departments to gather requirements and deliversolutions that meet their data analysis needs. Provide training andsupport to team members on using Excel and automation toolseffectively.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degreein Computer Science Information Technology Finance or a relatedfield.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in a role focused on Excel automation data management ora similar field.

Technical Skills:

Advancedproficiency in Excel and VBA.

Experiencewith Power BI and other data visualization tools.

Knowledge of basic accounting and financialprinciples.

Familiarity with coding andsoftware development preferably in Python.

Soft Skills:

Strong analyticaland problemsolving abilities.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamenvironment.

Detail oriented with acommitment to accuracy and quality.
