Qualifications and Skills

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase business and revenue in the hospitality sector.
  • Identify potential clients in the hospitality industry and establish strong relationships.
  • Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Analyze market data and develop sales forecasts.
  • Report market intelligence and sales performance to management.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and address any issues.
