KeyResponsibilities:

  • Leadmultiple financial due diligence engagements for private equity andstrategicclients.
  • Reviewingrevenue margins costs assets liabilities with the objective ofidentifying key issues such as normalized earnings net debtliabilities net working capital trends valuation model inputassumptions analysis of forecastsetc.
  • Handleend to end delivery including supervising and reviewing engagementteams fieldwork reporting of diligence findings and coordinationwith other service lines like tax etc. within thefirm.
  • Establishstrong professional relationships with external clients andinternal teammembers.
  • Supportthe partners in driving select client relationships of thefirm
  • Takethe lead on internal practice improvement initiatives relating toquality risk peopleetc.
  • Assistin business developmentwork
  • Supporta portfolio of engagements by leading a team of Assistant ManagersSeniors andAssociates
  • Developand mentorteams

  • Conducttimely performance reviews and provide performance feedback to theteam
  • Monitortime and manage deadlines of theassignments

  • Identifythe opportunities to increase/improve the scope ofwork
  • Supportseniors and independently work on business development initiativesincluding preparations of proposals andbudgets
  • Ensuretimely billing and collections from theclients
