We areseeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Analystwith 7 years of experience in the supply chain domain and expertisein data analytics using SAP BW and HANA. As a Senior BusinessAnalyst you will play a crucial role in analysing businessprocesses identifying opportunities for improvement and drivingdatadriven decisionmaking within ourorganization.

Responsibilities:

1.Supply Chain Analysis: Understand supply chain processes systemsand operations. Collect data on supply chain operations. Analysedata to identify areas of supply chain operations and Systems.Utilize your domain knowledge to understand endtoend supply chainprocesses and suggestimprovements.

2.Data Analytics: Leverage your expertise in data analytics tocollect analyse and interpret complex data sets related to supplychain operations. Develop insightful reports and presentations tocommunicate key findings and provide actionable recommendations tostakeholders.

3.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding operations logistics procurement and finance to gatherand document business requirements. Translate business needs intoclear and concise functional specifications for IT teams and otherrelevantstakeholders.

4.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholdersincluding senior leadership to understand their strategicobjectives and align supply chain initiatives accordingly.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamlessintegration of supply chain improvements into the overall businessstrategy.

5.Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latesttrends technologies and best practices in the supply chain domain.Apply industry knowledge to identify opportunities for innovationand competitiveadvantage.



Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in business administration Supply ChainManagement or a related field. A masters degree is aplus.

7years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analystpreferably within the supply chaindomain.

Strong domain knowledge of supply chain processes includingprocurement logistics inventory management and demandplanning.

HandsOn Working Experience on SAP Analytics products SAP BW& HANAS4

Exposureof Working on SAP systems wrt Oder Management Materials Managementand SupplyChain.

Proven experience in data analytics including data collectionanalysis and visualization using tools such as Excel. Tools such asSQL Tableau or similar platforms is a nice tohave.

Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean SixSigma is highlydesirable.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability tohandle complex data sets and derive actionableinsights.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability toeffectively convey complex information to both technical andnontechnicalstakeholders.

Experience in working with crossfunctional teams and managingstakeholderrelationships.

Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
