Besides, the leader must demonstrate a capacity to transform, align, and energize organization resources, and take appropriate risks to lead the organization in a new direction. As a leader, the candidate must build engaged and high-impact direct, virtual, and cross-functional teams, and take the lead towards raising the performance bar, build capability and bring out the best in their teams. By collaborating and forging partnerships both within and outside the functional area, the leader must work towards a shared vision and achieve positive business outcomes.

Associate Program Manager Role and responsibilities:

Conduct sophisticated analysis of post-campaign data from both internal and external sources, extracting insights to guide strategic marketing decisions Oversee the seamless integration and meticulous analysis of 3rd party marketing data, ensuring compatibility and coherence with internal datasets. Drive the automation of data processes, employing cutting-edge techniques to increase operational. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging data analytics to inform and enhance marketing strategy and operational performance.  Champion the integrity and compliance of marketing data, actively contributing to the development and enforcement of rigorous data management and governance standards.  Deliver adhoc insights and analytics to meet business requirements; Manipulate, analyse, and interpret complex datasets Deliver optimised datasets to drive prospect acquisition and customer retention & upsell campaigns. Ensuring adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data  Support with demand modelling, utilising data to better understand our prospect and customer intent and eligibility and predicting performance across key Marketing channels.  Identify areas to increase efficiency of analytics and reporting, and support with automation of processes. 

Technical and Functional Skills:

Bachelor’s degree Engineering or computer science Exhibit proficiency in utilising programming languages and tools like Python, SQL, GCP Big Query Provide on-demand analytics and generate ad-hoc reports to meet business requirements, pinpointing emerging trends and growth opportunities through data synthesis. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging data analytics to inform and enhance marketing strategy and operational performance. Design and maintain sophisticated Tableau dashboards to standardize the presentation of analytical findings, ensuring clarity and impact in stakeholder communications. Deliver adhoc insights and analytics to meet business requirements; Manipulate, analyse, and interpret complex data sets, understanding key trends to help feed decision making. Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to help them understand the data.
