JobDescription:

As a RecruitmentConsultant at Rapsys Technologies you will be responsible for theendtoend recruitment process for various positions within our APACoperations. You will work closely with hiring managers tounderstand their staffing needs and source top talent to meet thoseneeds.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitmentstrategies for a variety of roles across the APACregion.
  • Source and screen candidates using avariety of methods including online job boards social mediaemployee referrals and direct sourcing.
  • Conductinitial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications andcultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinateinterviews between candidates and hiringmanagers.
  • Provide feedback to candidates andhiring managers throughout the recruitmentprocess.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers tosuccessful candidates.
  • Build and maintain astrong network of candidates and industrycontacts.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends andbest practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field.
  • 2 years ofexperience in recruitment preferably in the IT or technologyindustry.
  • Proven track record of success insourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strongorganizational and timemanagementskills.
  • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
