Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), computer vision (CV), and natural language processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing ML/DL models to solve complex problems and drive innovation in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement ML/DL Models : Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various applications in computer vision and natural language processing. Research and Development : Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML, DL, CV, and NLP. Implement cutting-edge techniques to solve challenging problems. Data Analysis : Perform data collection, pre-processing, and analysis to prepare datasets for training and testing models. Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Performance Optimization : Optimize and tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Documentation and Reporting : Document methodologies, processes, and results. Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Educational Background :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Research degree (MS by Research) or in a related field.

Technical Skills :

Solid programming skills in Python. Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. Strong proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar. Knowledge of popular machine learning algorithms and techniques. Deep understanding of deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, transformers, and multi-modal models like CLIP and BLIP. Experience with image classification, object detection, recognition, generative models, Visual Question Answering (VQA) models, and image captioning. Familiarity with basic image processing and text processing techniques. Proficiency in natural language processing techniques and libraries such as SpaCy, BERT, Transformers, or similar.

Additional Skills :

Familiarity with Linux environments and using AWS EC2 for developing and deploying models. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
