JobDescription:
1. Meet and maximize sales targets for the store.
2.Extensive knowledge of Beauty Products and itsingredients.
3. Provide exceptional service to everycustomer.
4. Assist customers to find the products thatmeet their needs by recommending them right products
5.Advise customers on how to take care of their skin and suggest themto take free consultation form our Ayurvedic Doctor.
6.Increase the products sale by using sales techniques.
7.Explaining customer about how product works and demonstrating themhow to use it.
8. Build customer relations and maintainit by through followup calls and mailings.
9.Crossselling or upselling of beauty products when appropriate (e.g.serums body lotions and hair care products)
10. Ensureproper presentation of products on shelves and organise floorarea.
11. Replenish stock as needed and manageinventory.
12. Inform customers on prices and specialoffers.
13. Prepare reports on returned and / or damagedbeauty products.
