Team overview

The Netskope IoT security solution utilizes HyperContext®, an agentless smart device security platform providing granular device context, and TruID™, a unique device identifier and authenticity rating technology, to discover managed and unmanaged devices on your corporate network. Complete visibility and context-aware control over enterprise IoT networks. The solution analyzes hundreds of parameters from the discovered devices and leverages the rich contextual intelligence for device classification, risk assessment, granular access control and network segmentation, facilitating zero trust security for IoT devices.


Responsibilities not limited to

Strong background in both people management and building networking/cloud/IoT security productsHire, coach, and grow a high performing team of talented engineers with diverse skill-sets.Collaborate with the geo-distributed team to own and deliver projects end to endCommunicate across functional teams and drive engineering initiativesParticipate in architecture and technical design and drive product direction & strategy

Management Skills

Provide technical leadership in design/architecture and development of a cloud based IoT Security product Manage day to day execution of tasks of the team of engineersEnsure timely delivery of features as per the quarterly engineering plans and roadmapRefine and grow existing processes or develop new ones to enable smooth functioning of engineering team

Technical Skills

Strong experience in linux, C, and PythonStrong experience in building Intrusion detection products and Network security productsStrong understanding of network protocols, Wifi protocols, switching, NACs and firewallsWorking experience with Kafka, Elastic Search, cloud security products, microservices and AWS desirable 

Qualifications and Experience

BS/ MS in Computer Science or EngineeringAtleast 12+ Years of experience, 5+ Years of management experience and delivering software on schedule with qualityProven hands-on technical managementExpertise in building and delivering software in the security domain a mustEnergetic self-starter, with the desire to work in a dynamic fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills
