Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Solution Specialist. As a Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative IoT solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify client needs, assess feasibility, and propose IoT solutions that address specific business challenges.

- Lead the design, development, and assessment of IoT solutions, covering device selection, connectivity, data management, analytics, security, and feasibility studies for viability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.

- Crafting comprehensive technical proposals and documentation to fulfill solution requirements with precision and clarity.

- Work closely with engineering and development teams to implement and deploy IoT solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines, best practices, and quality standards.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with product management teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the IoT space.

- Stay updated on emerging IoT technologies, trends, and industry developments, and assess their potential impact on our solutions and offerings.

- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as white papers, blog posts, and speaking engagements, to share insights and best practices with the broader IoT community.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in designing and implementing IoT solutions.

- Deep understanding of IoT technologies, protocols, and standards (MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN, Zigbee, cellular connectivity), working of IOT gateway and sensors.

- Understanding of IoT platforms/frameworks like AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT, Things board.

- Basic understanding of data management, analytics (real-time stream processing, time-series databases, machine learning), and security standards.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Skills :

- Experience with industry-specific IoT applications such as smart cities, industrial automation, healthcare, or agriculture.

- Knowledge of security best practices and standards related to IoT devices and networks.

- Extensive expertise in sensor technologies, IoT gateways, networking architecture, and security architecture.

- Develop comprehensive training materials and troubleshooting guides to empower the team with knowledge and support seamless operations.

- Provide comprehensive training to equip customer success, sales, and support team members with essential expertise and experience.
