What this job involves

Required - Candidate will have a Engineering Degree or equivalent experience, with 5 - 8 years

applicable, hands-on CNC knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne version 9.2. The

responsibilities of this position includes experience as well as history assisting JDE Enterprise

One version 9.2, with OMW and promotion procedures; exposure to install, set up, configuration and maintenance of E1 Development Clients and package builds; and also, ESU as well as program pack management.

The JDE CNC Admin/Systems Engineer needs to be skilled with the using ESUs, ASUs,

Improvements and Support Pack upgrades; JDE Management of security, printing, order queues,

performance tuning as well as overseeing WebLogic hosting; Object Management Work Bench; and also server and client package builds as well as application and tools upgrade implementations. The fundamental skills of the applicant for this position should have at least 5 years’ experience or more within accountability for maintenance, assistance and enhancing the architecture of the JDE EnterpriseOne platform. The role will be responsible to perform day-to-day assistance and supervision of the application environments as well as difficulty resolution for the software architecture. Experience in identifying and troubleshooting connectivity issues between Application/Database/Web servers/Ancillary Applications and working with respective teams to resolve the issues is mandatory.

Additionally, exposure to running and administering of Managed File Transfer(MFT) application like GoAnywhere is a must. The MFT related tasks involves encrypted file transmission setup for both inbound and outbound transmissions, troubleshooting and application maintenance. The candidate should also ensure that most current version of the application is being used at any given time by working with the application vendor and the managed services teams.

Exposure to third party ancillary applications to Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne preferred, like reporting tool DAS ReportsNow. The candidate should be able to install/configure and maintain reporting environments and should be able to administer the applications and perform timely upgrades to keep the application current.

Preferred –

The preferred qualifications are to have strong knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One Application and Technical tools as well as CNC functionality: JD Edwards 9.2

Experience on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus; outstanding specialized knowledge, aptitude and experience in the areas of machine administration, networks, workstations, JDE program software and troubleshooting/problem solving techniques. Knowledge of Managed File Transfer applications like GoAnywhere and third party ancillary applications with reporting tool like DAS ResportsNow is a must.
