7-10 years of experience in internal and external communications
Experience in project and event management
Solid experience with leading in change and organisational transformation
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Preferred: Knowledge of IKEA Brand, culture and values
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Passionate about people, organizational change and transformational processes
Passionate about the power of communication and leading through communication
Possess knowledge about new and modern communication and media trends
Proactive attitude in problem solving and hands-on approach when necessary
Energized by working both independently and interdependently with communication network and cross functions
Motivated to work agile and being open to change

Purpose of the job
Lead with communication to support IKEA Indias transformation projects.
Support teams with change management processes and training.
To support positioning of the IKEA brand.
To create strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

To secure the strategic use of communication as an enabler to reach the Ingka positioning-, business- and people objectives in times of transformation. To provide strategic advice on change communication to key managers and give support by developing relevant messages and communication materials.

Support change processes by planning and implementing effective communication plans.
Drive an open and sharing climate, where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.
Collaborate with the market Transformation Hub, global and India communication teams and other Ingka and IKEA units.
Provide hands on support in the design, execution and follow-up of transformation communications, including event planning, publishing of information and maintaining proper documentation.
Proactively contribute to stakeholder analysis and engagement. Contribute to development of social media strategy and plans for IKEA India and India management.
Perform the role of communication business partner for internal teams with any communication needs.
