We are looking for a Sr Advisor -Talent Management and Engagement responsible for developing and implementing talent management framework and governance. Your role will involve assessing, developing, and retaining talent, enhancing employee development programs, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
What the role entails
Reporting line: Learning and Talent Manager
Scope: Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to identify areas of improvement in operational and program efficiencies within the Capability Centre Operations. Develop talent management strategies that align with these improvement areas, ensuring that talent initiatives drive operational excellence and program effectiveness. Implement talent programs and processes that optimize operational and program performance. Partner with functions to develop effective talent management strategies that result in business satisfaction.Talent management
Collaborate closely with capability team to ensure governance of KPI matrix. Identify and prioritize talent development initiatives that align with the needs of each function and contribute to business success. Actively contribute to the implementation of employee developmental initiatives that are aligned with current and forward-looking organizational needs, employee development plans, and individual line of business objectives Collaborate with HRBP, HR Advisors and Learning and Development teams to identify and implement employee skill, behavior gaps and developmental initiatives. Align these initiatives with the current and future needs of the organization, as well as individual employee development plans and line of business objectives. Governance of internal talent data, and career progression to ensure employee satisfaction and talent availability at certain levels. Responsible for global TM practices’ implementation keeping local nuances in mind. Manage the mentorship and coaching programs to support career growth and development. Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and development plans. Analyze performance metrics and trends to drive improvements and address challenges.Engagement
Collaborate with HR Advisors and business leaders to generate insights from employee engagement surveys to formulate strategic subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the enterprise and within individual lines of businesses. Generate insights and recommendations based on survey results to drive improved employee engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic actions that address areas of improvement identified in the surveys. Provide thought leadership to existing Employee Engagement approaches and suggest contextualized local ‘Best Place to Work’ approaches. To be successfully considered for this role, candidate should have below qualifications and skills.
Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (, SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. 10+ years of experience in talent management, HR Business Partnering, employee engagement, or a related HR function. Strong knowledge of talent management strategies, performance management, and employee development practices In-depth understanding of HR Talent Management, PMS Understanding of employee engagement framework conceptualization, measurement, and improvement Familiarity with succession planning frameworks and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
