  • Proficient inconfiguring Email Studio Mobile Studio (Push SMS WhatsApp) AdminContact Builder Audience Builder Automation Builder Journey BuilderReports and Einstein.
  • Handsonexpertise in HTML and CSS for writing HTML codes used in emailsincluding dynamic emailfunctionalities
  • Handson expertise inHTML and CSS for writing HTML codes used in emails includingdynamic emailfunctionalities.
  • Provide productionsupport analyze issues and implement solutions to ensure systemstability and performance.
  • Technicaland Functional proficiency with understanding of Business Acumen.Data management
  • Proficiency inmanaging data within SFMC including data modelling segmentationdata extensions and synchronization with external datasources.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams and guide customers through theimplementation of Marketing Cloudsolutions
  • Develop marketingautomationspecific user stories functional specifications andproject plans in coordination with stakeholders. Conduct meetingswith clients to understand their business needs and customizemarketing solutions usingSFMC.
  • Track and manage projectprogress and update to respectivestakeholders.
  • Serve as the primarypoint of contact for clients offering guidance on marketing bestpractices and negotiating solutions for complexscenarios.

Requirements:

  • Masters or bachelor s degree in computer science Information TechnologyMarketing or related field.
  • Minimum35 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloudimplementation andintegration.
  • Excellent communicationand Client handling skills.
  • Strongtechnical background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with knowledgeof Salesforce CRM and related MarTech and AdTechsolutions
  • Ability to uncoverbusiness requirements develop technical strategies and createeffective solutions.
  • Experience withSalesforce product integrations is amust
  • Proficiency in Agilemethodologies and facilitationskills
