Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter who can also handle social media management and provide administrative assistance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy across various formats. You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and administrative teams to produce content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Copy Creation: Write clear, compelling, and persuasive copy, in both English and Malayalam languages, for a variety of platforms including promotional content, social media, advertisements, website copy, and more.

  2. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts and execute content strategies for various campaigns and projects.

  3. Multi-Format Writing: Produce copy suitable for different formats, including digital, print, social media, and client websites.

  4. Content Enhancement: Enhance content quality through strong storytelling, attention to detail, and appropriate tone and style adjustments.

  5. Content Management: Organize and manage copy files, ensuring all content is stored properly and easy to access.

  6. Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage posts across various social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track social media performance to optimize content strategies.

  7. Administrative Assistance: Support day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with team members, and handling other administrative tasks as required.

  8. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest writing techniques, SEO practices, and industry trends to continually improve our content.


RequirementsQualifications: 
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing your writing skills and creative vision.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for online content.
  • Experience with Social Media: Familiarity with social media trends and best practices for written content.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in writing and editing software, including Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Creative Skills: Strong understanding of storytelling, tone, and the ability to translate creative ideas into compelling copy.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • HTML & CSS: Basic working understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Shopify: Basic working understanding of Shopify and its content management.
